About Me

I am a highly motivated professional tourism and hospitality consultant based outside of Edinburgh in Scotland.

I work throughout the UK and EU within the Hospitality Industry and care passionately about high standards of service. Improving business performance and profit margins of hotels, restaurants, cafés and any other hospitality business is my top priority.

My experience within the industry spans over 40 years in seven different countries. I have an extensive industry background and my knowledge is based on my work experiences and diverse assignments. I am fluent in English and German and also speak French – though this could be polished up a bit.

My quest for excellence and experiencing success was the catalyst which inspired me to launch ‘Hospitality Advisory Services (HAS)’ in 1999. Since then the company has successfully assisted many private clients as well as financial and enterprise organisations over nearly 20 years. HAS was rebranded to Hospitality Advice in 2018.
